We operate nationwide. Our average door-to-door times for on-site replacement:
- Zeeland: within 30 min
- Bordering Zeeland (“just outside”): approx. 45 min
- Randstad / Southwest / Southern Netherlands: approx. 60–90 min
- North/East Netherlands: 90 min – 2.5 hours
- Wadden Islands & hard-to-reach locations: 2.5 hours – half a day
We always start remote support immediately. If on-site support is required, someone will depart immediately with replacement equipment. Times are indicative (traffic/weather).

1. Report – Call or send us your Support ID (24/7 number is in your welcome email). In case of problems, contact us directly via the special 24/7 support number. This way, we immediately know who you are and which setup you are using. Enter your PIN code to be redirected directly to our premium support team. This gives you access to the right technicians who are familiar with your situation without any waiting time.List Item 1

2. Remote diagnosis – We take a look, restore settings/scene/driver/bitrate/network. Our support team logs in via remote desktop or looks along via video. Within minutes, we analyze the cause: whether it concerns an OBS setting, a network problem, or an error in the audio setup. Often, we can resolve the problem immediately so that you are back live.List Item 2

3. Decision point – Ready? You continue. Hardware issue after all? We're on our way. If the problem is resolved via remote support, you can simply continue streaming. If a hardware defect is found (for example, a microphone or PC that stops working), we will immediately proceed to on-site replacement.List Item 3

4. On-site replacement – We install plug & play replacement, test audio/video/chat. Our technician comes to your location with replacement equipment. We exchange the defective part and immediately test the picture, sound, and network. Everything is plug & play, so you can quickly resume your broadcast.List Item 4

5. Follow-up – Report tips, schedule definitive repair/replacement if necessary.Afterwards, you will receive a brief report detailing the cause, the solution, and any recommendations. If necessary, we will schedule a permanent repair or replacement so that you are even better prepared next time.

6. Repair & Restoration – In our office, we repair defective hardware or corrupted files.Replaced equipment is inspected by us and repaired if possible. In addition, we offer an extra service: the restoration of damaged or corrupted video and audio files. We do this in our own workshop, so that you can save and reuse as much material as possible.

FAQ
Is €10 per month really 24/7?
Yes. You receive 24/7 remote support. On-site support is added on top of that when necessary, according to your package or on a time and materials basis.
How quickly can you be on location?
We start remotely immediately. Indicative on-site time: Zeeland 30 min, just outside Zeeland 45 min, Randstad/South 60–90 min, North/East 90 min–2.5 hours, islands up to half a day.
Do you also supply replacement microphones/headsets/keyboards/controllers?
Yes. We bring standard swap kits with audio, peripherals, and cables. The PC/encoder and network are also replaceable.
Is hardware covered by the subscription?
Deployment and presence are covered by your subscription; the hardware itself is charged (rental/daily rate) or covered in Support Standard and Support agreements.
Do you also help with software problems (OBS, VTS, alerts)?
Certainly. We are fixing profiles, scenes, audio routing, drivers, updates, and platform settings (Twitch/YouTube).
Does this only apply to streamers?
No. Also suitable for hybrid events, webinars, podcasts, esports, and on-location productions.
Can I link this to my production/rent with you?
Yes. The support subscription is available separately or as an add-on for rental/production.
Is there a notice period?
Cancellable monthly. Upgrading to Standard or Support is available immediately.
Legal & Prerequisites
To keep our service transparent and clear, the following terms and conditions apply to the Support & Replacement subscription from Riddersma Events:
1. Arrival times
- The stated response times (30 min, 45 min, 60–90 min, etc.) are indicative average times.
- Factors such as traffic, weather conditions, or external circumstances can have an influence.
- We always start with remote support; on-site deployment follows as soon as it is necessary and feasible.
2. On-site deployment & costs
- With Support Basis, on-site deployment is available on a time and materials basis (trip and hourly rate hardware charge).
- With Support Standard and Support , on-site trips are partially or fully included, depending on the chosen package.
- Hardware that is replaced is charged at the current market rate or agreed package prices.
3. Reachability & access
- For islands, enclosed event grounds, or locations with special access rules, the following applies: delivery time by mutual agreement.
- Access, permits, and logistics (such as ferries, parking spaces, or crew access) must be arranged by the Client.
4. Ownership & data security
- All equipment remains the property of Riddersma Events.
- When using remote support, we adhere to best practices for data security.
- Accounts, content, and personal data always remain your property; we do not permanently store passwords or files.
5. Repair & restoration
- If possible, we repair defective hardware in our own workshop.
- Corrupt video and audio files are treated with recovery software and specialized tools, but 100% success cannot be guaranteed.
6. Termination & term
- All packages can be cancelled monthly.
- Upgrades to Standard or Support can take effect immediately.
- Any outstanding costs for hardware rental or repair remain due after termination.
7. Force Majeure & Liability
- In the event of force majeure (extreme weather conditions, power outages, nationwide network failure, etc.), we cannot provide absolute guarantees for on-site response times.
- We always strive for continuity, but are not liable for indirect damages (such as lost revenue or missed viewers).
