Getting started as a driver

What will you do as a driver?

• Driving around as a chauffeur is a given. But putting a smile on your customers' faces is just that little bit extra.
• Our webshop, LichtenGeluidZeeland.nl, receives orders daily. Some of these orders need to be delivered and set up. You are responsible for this.
• No two days are the same, and every route is different, ensuring plenty of variety in your work. You'll deliver our high-quality equipment on time, connect it, and answer any questions you may have.
• You are willing to make an urgent delivery every now and then to help out a colleague or customer.
• In close collaboration with our Warehouse Manager, you will load and unload the equipment to ensure that the vehicles can depart on time.
• As the icing on the cake, you'll be responsible for ensuring the buses are properly maintained and look their best. This includes regular visits to the garage and car wash.

• We also offer money! The salary ranges from €1,700 to €2,000, depending on experience and performance. This includes an 8% holiday allowance.
• You are entitled to 20 days of vacation as standard and you will have the opportunity to earn additional vacation days.

• You'll also receive a discount on all the equipment we rent. Perfect for your own projects or private parties. Great, right?
• And if you want to develop further, there are training courses and opportunities available. Because we grow when you grow.

Speaking of growth, there are opportunities for advancement within our company. For example, to become an AV technician, or another position that suits you well.

What do we expect from you as a driver?

• You have a valid B driving license and are not afraid to drive a large bus.
• A happy customer is just as important to you as it is to us. Terms like customer friendliness and customer focus are familiar to you.
• You can also work independently and proactively, and you're a clear communicator. If a challenge arises, you'll liaise with the office staff to find a solution. And if there's a delay, you'll inform the customer promptly.
• An affinity with lighting and sound equipment is a bonus.
