Literary Café De Geestgronden

For the Literary Café De Geestgronden edition in Burgh-Haamstede, we created a complete light projection in the characteristic church building where the event took place. This projection combined animated graphics, text fragments, and a sound composition. Image and sound together formed a single, integrated artwork that brought the space to life.

The projection was not merely a visual backdrop, but an essential part of the artistic programme — designed to deepen the content and make the atmosphere of the literary work palpable.

On the final day of the event, we also provided the video recording of the live program, including the artist talk and the reading.

Maxxton - Customer Day

We provided full technical support for Maxxton's customer day, a specialist in software solutions for the hospitality industry. During this exclusive event, aimed at C-level clients, quality and reliability were paramount – precisely what sets us apart.

Our contribution consisted of:

• Audio technology: careful sound reinforcement for all speakers, so that every presentation was clear and intelligible throughout the room.
• Presentation support: support of the visual content and smooth transitions for a professional whole.
• Video recording: we captured the entire program on video, so Maxxton could also use the event for communication and retrospectives afterward.
• Live captioning: real-time captioning during the presentations provided additional accessibility and international usability.

The result: a tightly organized event, where the technology fully complemented the content and the overall experience. We thank Maxxton for their trust and look forward to the next inspiring project!

Tribute to Neeltje Jans - Rijkswaterstaat

On behalf of Rijkswaterstaat, we provided technical support during a powerful commemoration for road traffic victims at Neeltje Jans. This event took place at one of the official memorial sites where relatives gather to remember their loved ones.

Inside, we provided the complete presentation and audio technology for the program, which included speeches and live vocals. Clear speech amplification and appropriate ambiance were key to setting the right tone for this subdued event.

Outside, at the monument itself, we provided not only the open-air audio equipment but also a live multi-camera feed with the nearby TOPS House. This connection allowed people with physical disabilities to experience the commemoration remotely and with dignity. The livestream ran via our own secure servers, guaranteeing maximum reliability and privacy – a crucial requirement for both Rijkswaterstaat and ourselves.

It was an honor to contribute to this meaningful day, with technology that connects – especially at moments that matter.

Carwash Show Europe

Last year, Carwash Show Europe was held at Expo Haarlemmermeer. During this project, we were responsible for the stand construction, truss construction, and general technical support.

We provided several workshops and a plenary hall with technical equipment, in addition to the 50 truss stands including lighting.

HOTCHPOTCH - Zeeuws Museum

Commissioned by the Zeeuws Museum, we provided visual support for the HOTCHPOTCH exhibition. What makes this exhibition special is that it is visible across all four walls and the floor of the space. This creates a unique experience, but also presents some challenges.

Beach pavilion Vloed

Vloed has opted for a completely new beach pavilion. We were also responsible for providing the sound system, which is designed for both background music and parties. By using different zones, it's possible to schedule various activities simultaneously.

The party room is naturally equipped with smart lighting that can be controlled using pre-programmed programs. Thanks to its easy-to-use controls, all staff can operate the system.

The Rosarium Amsterdam in Amsterdam was looking for lighting suitable for occasional receptions or weddings. When installing the lighting, it was important for this project that it be unobtrusive when not in use, so it was crucial to use white moving heads. Our partner Chauvet supplied the moving heads for this project. The entire installation is controlled via a DMX recorder with pre-programmed programs, making it easy to operate. Furthermore, the installation is easily expandable in the future.

Riddersma Events created a completely new lighting system for Circus Renz Berlin. The system consists of 56 IP64 LED par lights. Circus Renz performances take place in a tent where high humidity can occur. Furthermore, the tent is not heated, so a cold environment can occur. By using outdoor fixtures, the risk of interference is minimized.
