Rent LED floor
Renting an LED floor adds that extra touch to a party that makes it unforgettable. Your guests will be on the floor early to see how the LED floor feels. At Riddersma Events, we understand that everyone has different needs, and we try to accommodate this as much as possible. The most important thing when renting an LED floor is to consider the following:
- A flat, sturdy surface (the LED floor cannot be placed on grass or sand)
- A free power group available
- The option to get the LED floor to the desired location, unfortunately, renting an LED floor is not possible on a floor without an elevator.
In addition to the above, the LED floor you rent from Riddersma Events can be customized to your needs. The LED floor tiles we supply measure 1 meter by 1 meter, so you can make the floor as large or small as you like. The LED floor comes standard with beveled edges, so you don't have to worry about guests trying to walk on it.
Cost of an LED floor?
A consideration for every party is the cost. We understand that you'd like to know the cost of renting an LED floor upfront. It's important to us to provide transparent pricing to you as the renter so you won't encounter any surprises later.
LED flooring is priced per square meter. As a rough guide, you'll pay €26 per square meter, including VAT. This includes installation and disassembly at your location. If the location is outside of Walcheren, additional transportation costs will be added. Because every situation is unique, we're happy to create a customized quote for you. When you, as a company, decide to attend the trade show with your organization, it's all about making your product and booth stand out. You can certainly stand out with a striking booth design or by installing a TV screen to display content about your company.
Another way to stand out at a trade show is by installing an LED floor. Just like at parties, visitors want to see if it's possible to stand on the LED floor. By discussing your requirements with us beforehand, the LED floor can be programmed to match your company's corporate identity. Beveled edges
You probably remember a party where an LED floor was installed with a step. Many LED floors have a step. At Riddersma Events, we've chosen to rent an LED floor with a low to no step. The step of our LED floors is 10mm, so it's a very small step. However, we understand that you don't want to risk your guests tripping over the floor. To prevent this, we provide free beveled edges with our LED floors.
The beveled edges are clicked into the floor, making them integral. There are no loose parts that can slide around during the evening. To minimize the edges' visibility, we've chosen white beveled edges that come with the LED floor. When the party is over, our staff will clean the beveled edges with cleaning fluid, ensuring the LED floor is always ready for use.

While searching for LED flooring in Middelburg and the surrounding area, you've probably noticed the wide variety of options available. The size of the LED floor is the most obvious variable. However, it's also important to know what type of LED floor you want. The type of LED floor you rent directly depends on its intended use. You can choose a panel-based LED floor where each panel can be assigned a different color, allowing patterns to be created. Another option is to rent a pixel-based floor. These floors can create more patterns and even have the option of displaying a logo. If you choose a pixel-based LED floor, we'll be happy to discuss how the logo can be displayed on the floor.
